Special Interest Group will present their three-act play, "Good Gracious Grandma" in the American Pork First ward tonight (Thursday). This play was presented on Wednesday evening of this week in the stake tabernacle as a stake budget entertainment enter-tainment and was greatly enjoyed by a large audience. The play is directed by Mrs. Gladys Peterson. Father-Son Graduation Sheriff Ralph E. Elser was graduated grad-uated from Youngslown college, Youngstown, Ohio, along with his youngest son, Galen. "It's been 2C years since I finished high "school," the sheriff said. "I've spent my spare time working toward a col-lge col-lge degree." Miss Arlene Allred, who teaches at the Duchesne high school. Miss Huitua Allred, who teaches at the South Summit high school at Kam-as, Kam-as, and Miss Ann Allred, who is attending the B. Y. U. at Provo, were home to spend the Easter week-end with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Rodney C. Allred. The visit here of Mrs. Nyal Fletcher from Alberta, Canada, was the motif for a family gathering at the Levi Phillips home Sunday. The purpose of the meeting was to rormulate plans for the state convention con-vention to be held in June in Salt Lake City. Mountains High" as the opening selection and Arnold Brems offered the opening prayer. Stake Superintendent Super-intendent of the Young Men's organization, or-ganization, Raymond Stewart, gave remarks, commenting on the work done during the past season. An assembly program was then presented under ..the direction of Miss LaPriel Goodwin. This same program was presented during the past Mutual year in the Second ward. The program featured the love songs of the world. The Lehi Fourth ward Gleaner class, under the direction of Mrs. Lileth Peck, bound their sheaf and two girls from this group who have won the distinction of being "Golden "Gold-en Gleaners" were presented and will receive awards at the general M. I. A. June conference. These girls are Alta Christensen and Oar-lyn Oar-lyn Chatfield Russon. President Virgil H. Peterson presented pre-sented the theme and gave remarks. re-marks. This was followed by the Beehive- Girls graduation, and awarding exercises, given under the direction of Mrs. Opal Adamson, Mrs. Ethel Webb, Miss Mia Christofferson Christ-offerson and Mrs. Ada Robinson.
