She is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Tho-mas Sunderland. j Wallace Peterson and son, Bobby, of Lincoln, Idaho, visited i Lehi for the first time in four years Saturday. He was a guest of his sister, Mrs. Elmer Jackson, Jack-son, Saturday evening. Other guests were Mrs. Viola Brown and Mrs. Rose Lott. Littleford home. Mrs. Forest Littleford and Mrs. Grant Littleford were in Salt Lake City Thursday on business. Mrs. 0. R. Ivory of Redding, California, arrived in Lehi this week for an extended visit with her twin sister, Mrs. Stanley M. Taylor. Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Taylor of Magna spent Monday in Lehi visiting with relatives. Mrs. J. Earl Smith accompanied them to Salt Lake City in the afternoon, where they attended the funeral services for Mrs. Stanley Wag-staff, Wag-staff, a daughter of Mrs. Smith's cousin. Mrs. La Verde Kirkham entertained enter-tained at her. home Saturday evening, honoring the birthday anniversary of Mrs. John Zimmerman. Zim-merman. Guests included Mr. and Mrs. George Lewis, Miss Donna Kirkham of Bunkerville, Nevada, the guest of honor, and Mr. Zimmerman. Mr. and Mrs. James Gottfred-son, Gottfred-son, Jr. spent i s Wednesday through Friday visiting friends and relatives in Salt Lake City and Bountiful. Mr. Gottfredson returned to the' coast, where he will resume his duties with the U. S. Navy. Mrs. Gottfredson, accompanied by her sister and brother-in-law, Mr.' and Mrs. Roy Fage of Bountiful, returned to Lehi Friday evening, where she will remain as a guest of her mother, Mrs. William Skinner, for a few weeks. ' Mrs. Stanley M. Taylor attended attend-ed a meeting of the Utah Druggists' Drug-gists' Auxiliary at the Hotel Utah in Salt Lake City last week. Mrs. Taylor is secretary of the organization. Plans were drawn up at the meeting for the annual state meeting in June. Mr. and Mrs. William Jones entertained at a family dinner Sunday, honoring their son, William, Will-iam, and his wife, the former Ruth Holdsworth of American Fork, who are here from Texas. Other guests included Mrs. Thel-ma Thel-ma Nicholes of Salt Lake City and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Jones. Meeting America Production RAMOAlff With Our Boys f George Hills, who has been on combat duty in the African and Italian campaigns, arrived in Lehi this week to visit with his wife, the former Maxine Layman. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph W. Wat-kins Wat-kins received word this week of the safe arrival of their son, Val, with the U. S. field ( artillery somewhere in England. Friends of Bert E. Peterson will be interested to learn that he is with the army in New Guinea. His wife, the former Clara Orton, is visiting her par ents, Mr. and Mrs. Grover C. i Orton, in Payson. Ronald Peterson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Peterson, who has been stationed at Buckley Field, Colorado, has been transferred trans-ferred to Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Da-kota. He is attending a radio school in the army air corps. A brother, Val, is in San Francisco with the signal corps. , Lieutenant Russell Bone of the air corps, who has been stationed station-ed at Mt. Vernon, Washington, has been transferred to the scene of operations in the Aleutians. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. John R. Bone.
