Christiansen Christian-sen visited in Provo during the week-end. Mrs. C. L. Johnson entertained at a family dinner party at her home Wednesday evening in celebration cele-bration of her husband's birthday anniversary. Mrs. Merlin Wadley and little baby daughter were removed to their home In Pleasant Grove Sunday Sun-day from the local hospital. The mother, formerly Miss Verla Ball, of this city, and the baby are doing nicely. This is their first child. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Ball of this city are the proud grandparents. Mrs. George Pierce of American fork was a guest of Mrs. Wallace H bertson on Thursday. Mrs. Hettie Bezzant ' and son. Floyd, of Lindon were guests of Mr, and Mrs. Eldon Bone, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Peterson, Virgil Vir-gil H. Peterson, Mrs. Inez Peterson and son, Eldon, spent last Thurs day visiting in Salt Lake City. Miss Beth Giles of Salt Lake City has been spending several days here, as a guest of Mr. and Mrs. Warren Bone. Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Phillips of Salt Lake City were Saturday guests of Mr. and Mrs. George H. Goates. Mr. Samuel Jackson spent Mon day visiting in Salt Lake City. He spent the day Tuesday in Provo. Alex Christofferson and daughter, daugh-ter, Erma, and son, Richard, spent the week-end in Loma, Colorado, where they were guests of Mr. and Mrs. O. B. Garth and Miss Eva Christofferson. Miss Jayna Welsh of Salt Lake City was a week-end guest of her aunt, Mrs. A. E. Adams. "Mr. and Mrs. Dean Prior and two children, LaDeane, and Keith, spent Sunday in Spanish Pork,' attending a birthday party given for Marlene Boyack. Mrs. A. W. Green of American Fork. Mrs. Charles Sabey arrived home last week-end, after enjoying a two weeks visit with relatives in Long Beach, California. She visited many places of Interest, including Hollywood Holly-wood and Los Angeles, and reports a wonderful trip. She made the trip in company with her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. John Redmond, of Midvale. Miss Zoe Ball entertained the members of her Bee-hive class at her home Monday evening.
