Sports and races, an interesting program, bathing, luncheon and the dance in the evening were the featuures enjoyed. Numbers from Lehi on the program included ijse- lections by the Lions club quartet, Frank Sharp, Booth Sorenson, Ar mond Webb and Joseph Coulam, and vocal numbers by Max Smith. Seventeen cases of soda water, 400 individual ice creams and ten dollars in nickels were given away to the children at the outing. " . It was a rousing success. . Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Last week a man, stating that he was from the Airway Vacuum Cleaners company, called on a number of citizens asking ask-ing if any . repairs were needed on their vacuum cleaners, and as he was the same man that sold some of the Airway vacuum cleaners to residents in this city no suspicion was aroused. He called at the home of Mrs. A. F. Webb and Mrs. Webb , recognizing recogniz-ing the man to be the same one that sold her the cleaner and need ing repairs she gave It to him. Several Sev-eral days have followed and she has not seen nothing of the man nor the vacuum cleaner. . She call ed up the company and found out that this man had not been employed em-ployed by that company for over two years afid they knew nothing of having representatives sent out for repairs.
