Betha is the wife of O'Dell Ingram and has been baking the rolls for a long time. She and her daughter, Phyllis, used to have a home bakery which they ran for about one and one half years. They offered both white and whole wheat bread, rolls, meal pies, dessert pies, cakes and cookies. But the favorite item was cinnamon rolls. Betha said they would sell cinnamon rolls every day and on some days would make up to 18 doz. Mr. Ingram would often take the rolls to Geneva and soon Betha's Cinnamon Rolls were a treat throughout the area. "This recipe has been spread from the Atlantic to the Pacilic," Betha said. While in Ihe New England States, she shared it with her friends in the mission field. Then, when travelling ! Long Beach, California, she gave it to many friends on the Pacific coast Betha got the original recipe from the Agricultural College in Logan, Utah, which is now known as Utah State University.
