I SCOUT CORNER George I. Bone, member of the Lehi district scout council, was presented with Scoutmaster's Key at the 27th annual fellowship banquet of the Utah National Parks council, held Friday in the Joseph Smith building in Provo. Mr. Bone was given the award for five years of service in scout kudei snap, luting certain require merits daring that period. He has been a constant registered member since he became eligible for serving in nearly t membership, every capacity in his troop and district He is district camping di. rector at present, a position he iiad held tor several years. He possesses the bronze, gold and silver palms, representing 21 merit badges over the Eagle award. He is the only scout in Lehi district to hold the national award, and was awarded a $300 scholarship by the Veterans of Foreign Wars in 1932, only one such award being given in the nation each year. E Johnson of this city. Mr. Johnson, an ardent sportsman, died at his home in Provo, Friday, following a heart attack.
