A splendid program was rendered appropriate for the occasion, with J. Vern Taylor in charge of it. One of the outstading features of the program was its originality in poetry and prose. A number of presents were tendered to the host and hostess. Among them were Mrs. Taylors mother's ring which was presented by Mrs. Enoch Russon, it came into her possession after her husbands demise. Mr. Enoch Russon received it from his mother prior to him leaving on his mission to England. The hostess will certainlv prize this family souvenir.
