Be it ordained by the City Council of Lehi City. Utah. Section 1. That Section 605 of Chapter LVI of the Revised Ordinances of Lehi City be. and the same is. hereby amended to read as follows: Section 605. Where water is mea- sured in or through meters the rate shall be ten (10) cents for each thousand gallons. Provided that there is hereby established a minimum rate of Three Dollars ($3.00) for each six month period beginning the first day of April and the first day of October of each yar for water service whether the water is measured through meters or otherwise. Section 2. This ' ordinance shall take effect upon its approval and publication. Passed by the City Council of Lehi City, Utah, this 22nd day of October, .1935, and approved by the Mayor. STANLEY M.
