On June 26, 1907, he married George- -, anna Morris of St. George, Utah, to the Salt Lake Temple. They have lived very happily together and by their in- dustry and united efforts have built themselves a pleasant home on their farm JubI on the eastern outskirts of John was an effeclent farmer Lehi. and made every portion of his farm its utmost by his energetic yield labors. During the latter part of the summer of 1938 his health began falling him and he seemed unable to- find relief. In December he went with his wife and son to St. George, Utah, hoping there to recuperate. At St. George they lived with the parents of Mrs. Peck, Mr. and Mrs. Prancis Morris, and the hospitality, kindness and thoughtful help of these good people made a most pleasant home for the sick man during the winter months. As time went by, the change of residence seemed to benefit Mm greatly and he was well on the way to recovery, when on April 27, 1934, he contracted pneumonia and died as a result of that Illness on May 1st. Of his father's family, his parents, two brothers and a sister proceeded him In death. He Is survived by his wife, George-ann- a, his adopted son, Robert, and the following brothers and sisters: EllBha, Isaac R. and Sarah J. Sabey of Lehi; Mrs. Alice Redmond of Midvale: Eliza Ann Christensen of Sandy; Moroni Peck of Murtaugh, Idaho; and Blanche Terry of Salt Lake City.
