During part of her childhood she lived with her parents in Scotland and came to Salt Lake in October. 18fi0, coming to Lehi a few days later, making her home here since that time. She married Samuel Rogers Taylor in the old Endowment House in Salt Lake in 18(57. A mother of a large family, Mrs. Taylor has always taken an active interest in all civic activities and has been n active L. D. S. worker as long as her health would permit. She keeps informed on all national, international and local happenings and pends many hours each day crocheting; she always enjoys conversing on events of interest, reading her daily papers and magazines.
