Show 2" Seminary Graduation Exercises Friday Mite The graduation exercises for Lehi Seminary students will be held Friday, May 24, in the Lehi Utah Stake Center at 8:00 p.m. The theme for the graduation program is "Watch, therefore, That Ye May be Ready." D.C. 50:46 and 'Looking for for the coming of the Son of Man, For He Cometh in an hour ye think not." D C. 61:38. The prelude and postlude music will be played by Mary Jo Forestier and the address of welcome will be given by Seminary President, Corey Christensen. The song "Firm as the Mountains Around Us" will be conducted by Margie Gray with Miss Forestier accompany- ing. The invocation will be offered by William Steele. Reading will be Rhonda Southwick with the following students giving talks: Reed Powell, Robyn Rockwell, Robert Price, Chris Lind, Claudia Butterfield and RaFawn Kunz. The songs, "I Have a Testimony" and "I Wonder When He Comes Again" will be sung by a girl's ensemble and a mixed chours, respectively- Presentation of the graduates of Lehi Utah Stake will by Elmo A. Gray and the diplomas will be presented by President Dean T. Worlton. The introduction of the graduates will be Robert with Tesa Nakagawa. Janice Roberts will be at the organ for the graduate's march. President F. Russell Hakes will present diplomas to graduates from the Lehi Utah Hig-gins- North Stake with Lisa Poulsen introducing the graduates with Tonya Allen. Mary Jo Forestier will play the graduation march. The benediction will be spoken by Robert Kidd. The first will be a musical. Rodgers and Hammerstein's "Carousel". Cast members will include mature young adults and adults, with a few children's roles. The second production will be in the Children's Theater and be "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs." will Tryouts for the Children's Theater will be held next Tuesday and Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Glen Smith's ampith-eate- Grass roots politics began in earnest as evidenced by the large turnouts in local Mass Meetings Monday night. District Chairmen stated that record setting crowds turned up at nearly every district meeting with interest high in this fall's important election. The meetings for the most part were held in private homes with many new or first time voters putting in an appearance. The new chairmen and county and state delegates for local districts are as follows : r. Tryouts for the melodrama to be presented in connection with the Lehi Roundup will be held at the same time the musical tryouts are held. If anyone is interested in participating in these productions but unable to meet the tryout schedule, they are asked to contact Mr. Smith.
