This number is expected to increase as the school term goes on. Besides Mrs Bone, there are six assistants at the center: Mrs. Nedra Ball, Mr. Myrtle Austin, Mrs. Ethel Watkins, Mr. Myrtle Erickson, and Mrs. Ellen Eckers-le- y Additional help will be added as needed, Mrs. Bone said. A complete A- -l type meal is being served each school day at the center, including milk, meat, bread, butter, and a proper balance of vitamines and minerals with fruits and vegetables All menus are planned to furnish a completely balanced meal. The price charged the stud ents for their lunches is less than the cost of tha food used, funds being furnished by the government to defray part of the costs. Lehi's kitchen is one of the best equipped in the state, havfacilities for food ing storage and preparation. The complete kitchen and lunch room has been redecorated and clean ed, in preparation for the school season, Mrs. Bone said. The date misses only one day of being a triple anniversary, for Mrs. Patrick's birth day is on September 12, as is her daughter's Mrs. Francis Warden. A son, William Patrick, Alpine, observed his birthday Sept. 9. Joseph Jesse Patrick and Sarah Jane Webster Patrick are both natives of England, and were married in Blackheath Par ish church, Blackheath, Burming ham, England, Sept 13. 1902. They joined the LDS church in 1906, and came to America in 1910. Mr. Patrick came in August, and was joined by his wife and two children in December. Their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple in 1911. Both have been active church workers Mrs. Patrick having worked in nearly every capacity in the ward and stake auxiliary organizations, from the Primary to the Parents' class. Melvin Grant, council safety chairman, commended the school bus drivers on their safe hand ling of the buses, and stated that the Alpine district has some of the finest equipped school buses in the state. He also explained methods of checking the buses for safety. Garling, health edu cation consultant of the Utah state board of health, met with the Lehi health council, at their initial meeting last Thursday. City Councilman R. Garn Holbrook presided at the meeting, in the absence of Mayor L Carlos Coates, vho was attending the Utah Muni at cipal League convention Logan. Mr. Carling outlined a suggested program to the council, including various phases of public health service, suuh as immunization corrective procedures education for sanitation and prevention of diseases. The council adopted, as their aim, health education and corrective work, and named Dr. W. L. Worlton as chairman of the council, and Mrs. H. W. Barnes newly-appoint- ed as secretary-treasure- r. A committee to formulate rules and for the council was organized, with personnel consisting of Dr. Worlton, Dr. Elmo Eddington, Dr. B. J. Larsen, Principal L. B. Adamson, Principal Cecil L. Ash, Nurse Mabel Jones, and Mrs Barnes, stake Relief Society representative.
