It will b remembered that certain liquors were placed on trial mid found guilty In tho District Court, and malinger Nleholos was enjoined from conducting his business again any place within the county. The case consumed several days In tho court i I'rovo, and nil the evidence given there was taken down by the, court reporter. It Is this evidence that will be used to prove that tho place, which wiih operated by Nleholos, was n nul. snn en. The County Attorney says there' -la no doubt but whnt tho evidence -Is suftleent to secure a conviction, but that of course no one enn tell how n Jury will look at It.
