Show Council Proceedings. Council met in rogular session Tuesday evening Mayor Ellington presiding. All the members present. A. M. Davis in behalf of the Y.M.M. A. asked for a remittance of concert license of (3.00. Granted. A. II. Allred asked that he bo allowed lo sell flkh with out paying a license. Tabled. Itcport of City Marshal was made slowing number of arrests, up to Feb. 13, eight, amount collected for licenses $153,35. Tho City 1'ound keeper's report showed show-ed 23 animal: Impounded of which 7 were sold at auction bringing (13.00. Fees brought In (8.00 more. (14.00 was paid into the City Treasury as the City's share. The Treasurer's reportnhowed (111.06 cash in the treasury when the present council came Into power. Up to Feb. 1st (2C0.08 In bills wero paid all of.whlch were contracted and due previous to Jan . 1st 1801.
