Olsen family are back home from Oregon. It is good news to hear Dale Winegar who had a serious operation on his back is getting around again and feeling fine. The room mothers of the West Bountiful school are conducting cake sales each Friday afternoon to raise funds for the PTA. The cakes are made by the mothers of each room. Students at the school purchase the cake for ten cents a cut. Punch is also served. Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Ferguson of Lynn Wyo., are spending a short visit with the Robert Peasleys. Mrs. Dan Lee is back in the hospital again. We hope when she comes home this time she will rent'v be feeling good. Bert Faddis who was operated on, is now home feeling fine. Last Friday evening a group from our ward went to the temple on a special sealing. They were, Lola Eldredge, Hal and Verda Mr. and Mrs. Conway Grant, Mr. and Mrs. Shirley Peterson, Bishop and Mrs. Telford, Jeannine Huffman and Ida Hatch, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Affleck and Mr. and Mrs. George Lallif and Alvin Ashby and Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Moss. The regular monthly meeting of the PTA was held Monday evening Jan. 24. eBcause of the large attendance it was held at the West Bountiful ward church. The guest speaker was Mr. Alvin G. Pack, manager of radio station KALL. His subject was The World of Day after Tomorrow. The officers and teachers of the last Mutual had a real 21. First Jan. they Friday evening, had a delicious dinner and later bowled, a good time was enjoyed by eveione. The girls teen age group has been reorganized, La Rue Peterson as president with Jewel Schmidt first assistant and Doris Argyle second assistant.
