Show Lakeside Review South, Wednesday, February 29, 1984 Swiss Artist to Show ENNY MEYERS Review Correspondent - The Swiss BOUNTIFUL artist Karin from Zurich will be featured as Artist of the Month in an exhibit at the BountifulDavis Art Center Gift Erne-Sing- Gallery. ' er , is a multiKarin talented artist. Her show in the BAC Gift Gallery will contain mostly weavings but Ms. also expresses herself in other art forms, such as batik, quilting and silk screen. Ms. explains that artistry ran in her family. Her grandmother was a sculptor who created mannequin heads when they were still made out of plaster. Her great grandfather has been a pianist of renown. When she was young she built model airplanes and was involved in modern dance. She taught modern dance, as well as folk dancing and ballet for children.
