Susan, who hails from Farmington, was a senior at Davis High School, and is now a freshman at Weber State College majoring in communications. Miss Jackson stated the experience of being part of the Bountiful Area Scholarship pageant last year was one of the highlights of her life, and it will always be treasured as a significant event that enlarged her horizons and outlook on life. The opportunity to have represented the Bountiful Area, including Farmington, Centerville, West Bountiful, Woods Cross, Bountiful and North Salt Lake, at the Miss Utah Pageant in Orem was very exciting, not only from the competition standpoint, but the chance to meet other young women from all over the state, she said. She stated the encounter with these other girls has helped her to plan and make goal. Susan urges all eligible young women of the area to consider seriously competing in the 1983 pageant, which will be held April 29, at Viewmont High School. cabinet with a terrific deal on top.
