He is the son of Rulon and Llline (Pinkie) Harrison of Centerville. His course of study in high school included honors and seven A P classes. He also took AP computer science in preparation for a career as a computer programmer. Ward has worked at a family business helping with the computer system. He plans on attending Brigham Young University where he will study computer science and plans to obtain a masters degree.
