Kaysville ups sewer rates KAYSVILLE - The Central Davis Sewer District has increased its rates, and now Kaysville City is passing that cost on to the users. The City Council adopted revised sewer collection and treatment rates and sewer impact fees in this weeks council meeting. Each residential connection will be cost S2 per month. The charge will now be SI 5.50 per treatment plant, a pumping surcharge will be applied at the rate of 95 cents per month for residential use and SI. 90 for use. An impact fee was also approved.
