Richard Hunt, director of parks and recreation, said the study will determine the opinion of city residents on the subject of a recreation center. He said questions will be included regarding the financing of the center and whether the city can afford such a facility. The Layton City Parks and Recreation Department has contracted with a Brigham Young University research group to conduct a feasibility study on the possibility of LAYTON Library Movies Set the Dwarfs gang up on and give him a splash Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Southwest Branch Library in Roy. Two other short film features, The Rescue, and Mowgli the Jungle Boy, will also be shown. Watch Grumpy Residents will also be asked to comment on what the center should include, if it were built. The City Council has discussed the possibility of holding a bond election to get residents approval to obtain U financing for a complex through the sale of bonds.
