Tour Planned to Eight Homes in Layton J LAYTON Eight unusually decorated homes in the Layton area will be open to visitors Dec. 13 when the Layton Civic Arts Association sponsors a Christmas home tour. The tour will begin at 11 a.m. and continue until 5 p.,m. . Each home selected for the tour reflects its own interesting style and the distinctive personality of its Owner, says Jeanmarie Hall, of the association. Special emphasis will be placed on decorating for the holidays. There will be many decorating ideas shared by the homeowners. First home on the tour is the home of Mr. and Mrs. John S. Morgan, at 1500 E. Fiddlers Creek Road, which occupies the original home site of the Joseph Morgan home.
