He was born in the shadows of the Tetons and. developed a deep love of the mountains and for the animals that roam them. He was one of five boys in his family, and his mother still lives in Burley, Ida. He fought for his country in World War II and filled a mission for the LDS Church. WHILE HE and his wife Linda were living in Idaho Falls, she spent as much time as possible in the hills painting. Mr. Lowder and his family have lived in the Salt Lake City area for almost ten years.
