Cullimore of 55 South 760 East, Kaysville will be married to John D. Ricketts, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. John D7 Ricketts of Clearfield. THEY WILL be married June 29 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple and a reception will be held that evening at the Kaysville LDS East Stake Center. GEORGE AND THELMA HASLAM The bride-elegraduated from Davis High School and Utah State University and Note 50th Date CLEARFIELD Between 0 people attended an open house held for Mr. and Mrs. George Haslam formerly of Clearfield, Saturday. IT WAS held at their home in Bountiful in honor of their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married in the Logan LDS Temple on May 400-50- 22,1929. Both were well known in north Davis County, having served in high LDS Church positions. He was a bishop in the Clearfield First Ward and served as stake president in the old north Davis and Clearfield Stakes. He also was director of the BYU Ogden Nevada Las Vegas Mission and has been teaching at THEY OPERATED Haslam Hardware in Clearfield for many years. His wife, Thelma, has also been active in LDS service throughout her life, having served as a stake MIA president, in the Sunday School and Relief Society. While there they attended Mr. Homes high school reunion on Memorial Day. Mr. and Mrs. Van Flint have returned home from Spokane, Wash., Wednesday night after spending the past two and a half months with Captain and Mrs. Lynn Beens and children. Mrs. Beens is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Flint. Mr. and Mrs. Donald Ed- her sister, Miss Marilyn Sanders, who is being released from her mission. She has served the past 18 months in the Australia High School Adelaide Mission. The two sisters spent time . months undergoing one-ha- lf in Utah.
