Hanson Memorial Scholarship Concert on Monday, April 2, at 8 p.m. in the Val A. By JAMIE ARBUCKLE The Davis High School orchestra will present concerts at Nampa High School and Ricks College on its way to compete for the third time at the Northwest Orchestra Festival in Portland, Ore., April 18-2- DAVIS WON the sweep-stake- s trophy at the annual event held on the campus of Gresham Community College for two consecutive years. Any orchestra to win the floating trophy which deter- mines the mythical best orchestra of the western states three times consecutively gets to keep it permanently.
