Earl Zaugg gave the family prayer; prelude and postlude music by Mrs. Colleen Bennett Reid; a vocal duet by Ken and Karma Cook, Goodnight and Goodmorning; invocation by Clair Zaugg. JULIA BENNETT REMARKS WERE given by Bishop Peterson, Allen Bennett and Pres. Vem L. Thur-goo- d. Mrs. Julia Elizabeth Davis Bennett, who resided at 950 N. 4000 W., West Point, died May 29, 1981 at the Davis North Medical Center. She was 89 years, old. SHE WAS bom July 25, 1891 in Hooper the daughter of John and Julia Flitton Davis. She married Marvin Allen Bennett April 2, 1913 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Mrs. Bennett was a member of the West Point Third Ward and had held numerous positions in the church. She received special recognition for her perfect attendance record in the Sunday School organization. She worked in MIA and had been a Relief Society visiting teacher for many years. The Wayne Gibson family gave two musical selections, Grandmothers Old Fashioned Garden and Our Family Can Be Forever. The group consisted of Wayne and Carolyn Gibson, Melanie Wilcox, DNeice Davis, Lynnette Holt, Evonne Howard, Kerry and Ron Gibson, Leslie Harper accompanied the group. Benediction by Chad Reid. PALLBEARERS were Scott Parker, Lynn Zaugg, Brent Harper, Bruce Reid, Roy Wilcox, and Mark Reid. Dedication of the grave by Pres. Paul H. Reid. Flowers cared for by the Third Ward Relief Society, granddaughters and Interment in the West Point Cemetery, vsb Franklin Cheney Dies At Age 90 Franklin James Cheney, 90, 1st South, Kaysvil-le- , died May 24, 1981 in the Lakeview Hospital in Bountiful of causes incident to age., r W, ' L SL TLJ stake missionary and presi- dent of the YMMIA. He was a former member of the Kaysville Rotary Club. SURVIVING are two sons, Clark and Evan J. Cheney, both of Kaysville; stepsons, Fred and Larry Laycock, both of Salt LakeCity; 13grandchil-dre- n and 42 greatg- randchildren. Funeral services were held May 28 in the Lindquist Kaysville Mortuary Chapel with Bishop Lowell Taylor officiating. The family prayer was given by Jan B. She graduated from Davis High School and was an active member of the Ogden 39th Ward. She is survived by her husband of Ogden; mother and stepfather, Hyrum Barnes of Ogden; brothers and sister, Joseph M. Flint and Mrs. Fern M. Flint, Ogden; Ivan W. Flint, Kaysville. Eldon Carl Graham, 64, of 375 E. 300 N., Logan and former Kaysville resident, died Sunday morning in the Logan Hospital. He was born Feb. 17, 1917 in Pontax, Saskatchewan, Canada, a son of Osmer and Maud Kennedy Graham. He married Helen Matthews on June 12, 1943 at Prince Rupert, Canada. The marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple. He had lived in Kaysville many years prior to moving to Logan. Mrs. Graeff Galebach. He was a high priest in the Kaysville Second Ward and had been a Mary Lewis Hadlock Bowman, age 89, died June 2, 1981 at her home following a long illness. She was bom Aug. 26, 1891 to Orlando Durham and June 6-- of 157 East MR. CHENEY was born June 17, 1890 in Cublington, England. He married Beatrice Barnes on Oct. 29, 1912 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Mr. and Mrs. Hy Layton attended her 50th high school class reunion held at the Lion House in Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Marion Bennett of Preston, Ida. were holiday guest of their son, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Bennett. Mr. and Mrs. Max Bishop visited with her sister, Mrs. Bea Stringham, who underwent surgery in a local hospital last week. She broke her hip. Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Reed attended her 50th high school class reunion held at the Lion House in Salt Lake City last week. E. Kent Winward and Brent D. Hugh, graduates of Davis High School, were awarded National Merit Scholarships to BYU in Provo. Kent is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Emer K. d and Brent is the son of Mr. and Mrs. DeRay C. Hugh. Evan H.
