The funeral services of Mrs. Ann Jarrctt were held last Sunday, and a large number of friends were in attendance at the last rites over this good old ady. She was born in England oyer fcO years ago, and as a girl joined the church; was soon after married to Robert Jarrett, then emigrating to America, crossing the plains by ox team, coming to Utah in 1859, moving first to Nephi, where with the exception of two years spent at Moroni, they have resided ever fcince. For many years Mrs. Jarrett has been a faithful teach er in the Relief society here. She was the mother of eight child ren, six of whom are living,. Mrs. David Park, Mrs. John Ockey, Mrs. Thos.
