Just below the Nebo Highland, Mr. Johnson is opening up the Molyneaux claims on a bond and tease. He is sinking on a big iron blowout thirty feet, where the formation is spattered with galena. West of there the Relonia Mining company has a force of men on a level to tap an ore which outcrops on the surface 1 Mrs. Reed Scott of Provo has been visiting her mother, Mrs. Melton Jennings the past lew days. This ore runs in lead and silver. Picked samples have assayed high in both metals. The Eva continues shipping ten tons a day, or near two carloads a week. Th's ore is said to bring from $1,000 to $2,500 a car of fifty tons. The wagons haul five tons to the load, covmile ering the five and one-hahaul in a day to the Star switch on the Salt Lake Route. This is from the end of the half mile tramway. The tram cut the old haul almost in two. All in all, the district is responding very generously to the amount of money that is being expended upon it.
