Boley, et al, whose post office address Is American Fork, Utah, have made application la accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate ten (10) cubic feet per second of water from Granite or South Granite Creek, Juab County, Utah Said water will be diverted at a po'nt which bears south 77 degrees west 10,070 feet from the southwest corner of section 7, township 12 south, range 17 west, Salt Lake base and meridian, front where it will be conveyed by means of a flume and ditch for a distance of 35,000 feet and there used during the period from April 1 to October 31, Inclusive, of each year, to Irrigate 1,280 acres of land embraced in sections 27 and 34. township 12 south, range 17 west.
