Paxman. enters upon the duties of his office possessing all the qualifications necessary for the important trust of handling the county's money. His reputation for honesty is of the highest, and he is an efficient and careful bookkeeper. He received his education in the schools here, and in the Juab Stake academy, where he specialized on book keeping. He early entered the office of the Excelsior Mercantile Co. where for the last 14 years he has been the secretary and book keeper. He is also secretary of the Juab Development Co. ; is Stake clerk, Stake Sunday school superintendent, and a member of the Nephi School board.
