RELATING TO THE APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN CITY OFFICERS, PASSED JULY 21, A. D. 1912. Beit ordained by the City Council of Nephi City: Sec. 1. That section 238 of the Revised Ordinances of Nephi City be amended to read as follows: Sec. 238. I MAYOR TO APPOINT CERTAIN CITY OFFICERS. The Mayor shall, on or before the first Monday in February, A. D. 1912, and biennially thereafter, appoint, by and with the advice and consent of the city council, the following officers of the city, viz. Attorney, Supervisor of Streets, Superintendent of waterworks, Sexton, Justice of the Peace, Inspector of Buildings, Provision Inspector, Sealer of Weights and Measures, Dog Tax Collector, Poundkeeper, Quarantine Physician, Chief of the Fire Department, Marshal, Member of the Board of Health, Such number of police as the city council may determine.
