The following contest work will be taken up between each of the wards in the stake: One story to be told by representatives from each ward, a male quartette, a female quartette, one piano duet and one piano solo. The program is supposed to take up the for- noon session of the day. In the afternoon the following aheletic work will be arranged for:- The games of the afternoon will consist of baseball contests, footracing, vaulting, high jump, for the young men. While the young ladies will contest in cook ing, fancy and common needle work. It is very much desired that the officers of the different wards become interested in this move, and begin at once to pre pare for the work. A number of evenings can be devoted to contest work in the wards and in this way the best for the stake contest can be selected.
