Show H.A.C. To Celebrate Golden Jubilee Homecoming Day With their faces toward the future fu-ture the students of the B. A. C. nc making ready their Golden Ju-bilei Ju-bilei Homecoming plans for the 15th of November. The forward looking theme of the day will be "The Next 50 Years" and rather than reflect on past glories, glor-ies, B. A. C. ls launching plans and pointing to the rosy future of the dar City school. Twain Tippetts of the College Dramatic department Is In general .harge of the day ond announces hat "The Next Fifty Years" will be a great day for the present and past students on the Campus and urges old Alums to hold the day open uid meet old friends again out on College Hill. The day's festivities will open vlth an essembly at the College at V30 a. m. The assembly will be ar-anged ar-anged by Wm. H. "Pa" Manning md will include samples of present ind past talent and feature the B. V C. Dance Group and Mixed chorus. chor-us. A pep rally und r the direction of Lass-O and Clarence "Dutch" Schmutz will follow the parade and set the stage for the big football ?ame scheduled for 1:00 p. m. B. A. C.'s Broncos will tangle with Carbon's Golden Eagles in the 'cature of the day. Both teams have ibout an equal rating on games played and although tho Broncs lold a slight edge the Eagles will x down to spoil the day for the Alumni if then can. The whole day will be climaxed ) a "90 tj 46" Dance at the college "5ym. The old nnd new can min-tie min-tie midst Charlestons, Black Bot-'oms, Bot-'oms, Rhumbas nnd Jitterbugs md maybe a Tango or two some soft "Stardast" and "Moonglow" music to brings back the memories if the time It "Was Moonlight on the Campus." Everything Is set for a grent time vhen the Golden Carpet rolls out oward "The Next 50 Years." |
