Show Charles C. Cox. 35 Dies From Accident Injuries Charles C. Cox, 35, of Order-ville, Order-ville, died at the Iron County hospital in Cedar City Saturday evening of injuries received in a lumber accident during the day. Mr. Cox, an employee at the Croft sawmill at Swain's creek on Cedar mountain, was struck by a falling log as he was loading load-ing timber at the mill. He suffered suf-fered a fractured skull and other oth-er injuries. Mr. Cox was born April 9, 1917 in Alton, Kane county, a son of William M. and Eliza Allen Cox. He attended schools in Orderville and on Feb. 14, 1941, married Amy Esplin in the St. George Temple. He is survived by kls widow, his mother and four children, Charles William, Leon, Vern and Roma Cox, all of Orderville; a brothers, Allen M. Cox, Alton; eight sisters, Mrs. Clive Jolley and Mrs. V. Rappleye, Orem; Mrs. George Smith, Coeur d'-Alene, d'-Alene, Idaho; Mrs. Glen Real, Leeds, Washington county; Mrs. Alton Hepworth, Mrs. Lucy Ellis, Mrs. Aaron Reese and Mrs. Edmund Ed-mund Hepworth, all of Orderville.
