Show - 'Mrs."' Whitney Jensen honored her - daughter July Lynn at an outdoor party Sunday afternoon. The occasion was to celebrate her birthday and also honor Mary Magleby of Richfield, who has been - her guest here for a few days. Those present at the gathering were Dixie Andrews, Margene Hansink, Pat Frame, Sheila Gardner, Kathy Leigh, Nellie Rae Whatcott and Virginia Brown. Mrs. Carlos Jones was hostess Monday evening to the Ami Fidel Fi-del club. Mrs. Susie Taylor, a former member now residing in Salt Lake City, was a special guest. Mrs. Bert McConnell's daughter, Mrs. Kent Smith of Idaho, was also a special guest, the evening was spent visiting and refreshments were served. Many young people of Cedar City will be leaving next week to spend the summer employed at the Utah Parks. Some of those going will be Jon Isom, Travis Nelson, Ducan MacDonald, Sheldon Shel-don Sargent. Billy Endsley, Richard Rich-ard Isom. Jerry Farnsworth,. Bob Clark, Margaret Froyd, Gloria and Diana Dotson, Zoe Leone Palmer, Mary Ann Campbell, Mary Ellen and Paul Edmunds, Betty Jo Bauer. Suo Ellen Bulloch. Bul-loch. Judy Lunt, Nellene Parry, Linda Knell, Sandra Wood and Carol Sprague. Warren Rigby and Ralph Hig-bee Hig-bee are leaving for Idaho where they will be employed as fire potters.
