Show Rotarians, Partners Observe Club's 32nd Birthday More than 100 Rotarians and Rotary-Anns gathered at El Escalante Es-calante Hotel Tuesday noon to celebrate the 32nd anniversary of the Cedar City Rotary Club. The program presented at the regular regu-lar meeting time of the club, commemorated the issuing of the charter to the local organization on June 6, 1923. Dr. William R.
