Rotarians, Partners Observe Club's 32nd Birthday More than 100 Rotarians and Rotary-Anns gathered at El Escalante Es-calante Hotel Tuesday noon to celebrate the 32nd anniversary of the Cedar City Rotary Club. The program presented at the regular regu-lar meeting time of the club, commemorated the issuing of the charter to the local organization on June 6, 1923. Dr. William R. Palmer, charter member of the club, pointed out that the Rotary Club was the first service club organized In Cedar City, and that it has continued con-tinued to play a prominent role In community life and development develop-ment The club began Its activities activi-ties with a membership of 22, and now has an active membership member-ship of 70 business and civic leaders.
