Engagement told of San Francisco girl, Cedar City man Announcing the engagement engage-ment of their daughter Gwendolyn Gwen-dolyn Marie are Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Starling, San Francisco, Francis-co, Calif. The prospective bridegroom is Lt. David A. Plummer. son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Plummer, Cedar. The young couple have chosen cho-sen June 12 as their wedding date and plans are being made for it to take plaee in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints chapel in San Francisco, The bride elect graduated from George Washington High School in 19G5 and from San Francisco State College in 1970. She graduated in the fields of history and elemen tary education, and is presently present-ly a stewardess flying for Hughes Air West based in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Plummer graduated from Cedar High in 1963 and from University of Utah in 1969. He graduated in Civil Engineering and was a member mem-ber of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He is now in the United States Air Force, stationed at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia.
