Show I Jacqueline Dalley Plans September Nuptials Mr. and Mrs. Jmes N. Dalley, Lark, announced the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Jacqueline, to Richard M. Webster of Cedar City. The bridegroom-elect is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Webster. The couple,' both ' students t College of Southern Utah, plan a September 21 wedding with vows to be exchanged in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Parents of the prospective bride will host a reception for the couple cou-ple the same evening and they will be further honored at an open house in Cedar City the following week. Miss Dalley has attended CSU for the past three years where she is studying in the field of elementary el-ementary education. She is vice president of the Student Education Educa-tion Association on the campus. She is also affiliated with the Phi Rho Omega social sorority, was a member and served as president of the "Thunderettes," a precision marching group; and was a cheerleader. Webster is a graduate of Cedar Ce-dar High School where he served serv-ed as president of the student body. He graduated from CSU and was affiliated with the Gamma Gam-ma Psi Upsilon fraternity. He has just concluded a mission for the LDS Church, serving in the West ern Canadian mission field. The young couple plan to make to make a home in Cedar City while both continue their education educa-tion at CSU. V t ' i : .. ".A ...
