Show Coleen Sulloch Says Vows with Terrill Bailey In Double-ring Twilight Nuptial Ceremonies Dressed in a wedding gown of her own design and creation Miss Coleen Bulloch spoke vows with Terrill Bailey, which united them In marriage. The ceremony was performed Friday, July 19, in the Chapel of the Cedar Stake House. Officiating at the double-ring twilight services was the President Presi-dent of the Escalante Stake, Clyde Spencer. Witnessing the event were close friends and relatives of the couple including the bride's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Bulloch and the bridegroom's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gail Bailey of Escalante, Escal-ante, Utah. The reception which followed the ceremony from eight until ten o'clock in the evening was planned in harmony with a Hawaiian Ha-waiian theme. Palm trees decorated decor-ated .the. recreation hall at .the ' Stake House and island flowers added a touch of realism to the atmosphere. Attending Coleen as her maid of honor was Sandra Browning. She was dressed in a lavender colored sheath outfit which was accented by an orchid lei. Each of the two bridesmaids wore like dresses of lavender shades styled styl-ed with round neck and full skirts and created from polished cotton. 'They also wore Hawaiian orchid lets. The chosen bridesmaids brides-maids were sister of the couple, Gloria Bulloch and Gloria Bat-ley. Bat-ley. The bride held a bridal bouquet bou-quet designed with an orchid in the center. The flowers added a colorful touch to the full-length white brocaded satin dress which she wore for the reception. The gown of sheath style with an over-skirt train, had a scolloped off-the-shoulder neck line and long pointed sleeves. To complete com-plete her wedding costume the bride wore a tiara with Jewel insets in-sets which caught a finger-tip veil of bridal illusion. Mothers of the couple were dressed in complement to the Hawaiian theme. Mrs. Bulloch wore a white shift style dress with an overcoat designed from a print pattern of yellow and white. Mrs. Bailey chose a pink lace sheath. Both wore orchid corsages. Honoring his brother as best man was McKay Bailey. Usher was Steven Bulloch. Corsages, leis and boutonlers for the attendants were styled by the bridegroom's sister, Elaine Bailey, who had the flowers flown from Hawaii. Guests at the reception were entertained by Sandra Browning, who sang "The Hawaiian Wedding Wed-ding Song." Reed Davis of Mon-ticello, Mon-ticello, Utah, who sang "Blue Hawaii", and two dance numbers by Marilyn Hansen of Covina, Calif. Assisting during the nuptial party were guest book attendants attend-ants Sandra Porter and Elaine Bailey, both sisters of the bridegroom; bride-groom; Elva Yergensen, gift room hostess; Jane Croft, Sylvia Cham- berlaln, Leslie . Woolf, Faun Thompson and Jerry Bulloch. Serving were Gayle Willis, Jo-Ann Jo-Ann Duncan, Julie Yergensen, Mary Jane Williams and Rath-ryn Rath-ryn Pryor. In addition to the Friday reception re-ception the newlyweds were guests of honor at a Garden Party Par-ty given by Mr. Bailey's parents held at their home in Escalante, Utah. The party was staged Saturday Sat-urday night. Each guest who attended at-tended this affair was given a miniature corsage designed from baby orchids grown in Hawaii. After the event the New Mr. and Mrs. Bailey departed for a honeymoon trip to Yellowstone Park. As a going away costume the bride had designed and made a two piece outfit of embroidered polished cotton. The suit was complete with red accessories. Both the bride and bridegroom have attended the College of Southern Utah. Following their honeymoon they will live in Cedar Ce-dar City where Mr. Bailey is employed em-ployed by the Utah State Road. |
