Show Olsen-Corry Nuptials Performed Saturday At Impressive church ceremonies ceremon-ies In the Monroe North LDS ward Saturday. July 10, Marilyn Olsen. daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Homer C. Olsen, Monroe, gave her hand in marriage to Dale Walker Corry, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. L. Corry, Cedar City. A wedding reception was held in the chapel honoring the young couple immediately following the ceremony. The oride wore a beautiful white satin wedding dress and carried a large boquet of flowers highlighted with orchids. Winnl-fred Winnl-fred Olsen, sister of the bride was maid of honor, and Harlan Walker, acted as best man for the groom. Serving as ushers were Homer Olsen and Allan Corry, Cor-ry, brothers of 'the bride and groom, respectively. The briae is a graduate of the Monroe high school and the BAC where she very active in extra-curricular activities. Mr. Corry, is a veteran of World War II, with three years service, both in the Continental U. S. and in the Pacific Theatre of Operations. He Is a graduate of Cedar City high school and attended the BAC. The young couple for the present pres-ent will make their home in Monroe. |
