Show Marriage Announced Mr. and Mrs. DeMar Bowman announce an-nounce the marriage of their daughter. daugh-ter. Vllda to Mr. Grant Esplin. son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Esplin, the marriage ceremony having been performed at the Mantl Temple on Thursday, December 27th. They were honored at a reception held at the home of the bride on Friday, December 28th. from 7 to 10 p. m. About 200 people called during the evening. In the receiving line besides the bridal couple were Mr. and Mrs. DeMar Bowman, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Esplin, Lt. Robert Rob-ert Hanseen, Best Man, and Miss Doris Esplin, Maid of Honor. Assisting with the serving were Miss Mary Leone Halght. Mrs. Carol Capner, Miss Marjorle Marsden, Miss Shirley Necley, Mrs. Henrietta Harris. Mrs. Carmen Fisher. Miss Patsy Neeley, and Mrs. Bessie Dover. Dov-er. The bride was a student at the Branch Agricultural College at the time of her marriage, and was affiliated af-filiated with the Phi Alpha Beta Sorority. The groom, recently released re-leased from military duty after serving In the European theatre of war as a pilot of a B-24 bomber. Is a graduate of the Branch Agricultural Agricul-tural College and the Utah State Agricultural College. Immediately following the reception re-ception the couple left for a short visit In Las Vegas, Nevada. They will make their home In Ogden, where Mr. Esplin will serve as assistant as-sistant County Agricultural Agent. |
