Show Married In Nevada Two popular Branch Agricultural Agricul-tural Coll ge students were married in Boulder City, Nevada, Friday. May 17lh., when Clark Mathews ol Cedar City and Miss Marcelene Lott ol RichlL-ld. exchanged mirnase vows at the home of Bishop und Mrs. R. Owen Gibson, with Bishop Gibson officiating. Both are first year students at the Branch Colleg", where the bride, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Delhert Lott of Richfield, is affiliated affil-iated with the Xi Lambda Tau sorority, and the groom, a son o: Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Mathews of Cedar City, is affiliated with the Sigma Kappa Rho fraternity. Mr. Mathtws hi.s been a prominent promin-ent athlete at the school, a member mem-ber of the basketball and track teams, and his bride has served as cheer leader at the school. Mr. Mathews entered school aft r returning from overseas duty where hs served with the 34th Division in Africa, Italy and Southern France. He had been in the army for three years. The bridal couple was accompun-led accompun-led to Boulder City by Mi.ss Mary Lou Tolton of Beaver, who acted as bridesmaid, and Earl M'rry-weather M'rry-weather of Cedar City, who was best man. |
