Show v Swallow-Johnson Marriage Announced Announcement is made of the marriage of Miss Golden Swallow, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard T. Swallow of Shoshone, Nevada, to Mr. Lew Johnson of Cedar City, son of Mrs. L. E. Harmer of Maple-ton, Maple-ton, Utah. The wedding ceremony was performed at high noon on Sunday, June 22, by Fred Harlacher, president of the Ely L. D. S. Stake, and witnessed by members of the Immediate families and a few close friends. The bride, who was given In marriage mar-riage by her father, was lovely In a gown of white, fashioned with full sleeves caught with a tight cuff at the wrist. A finger-tip veil of silk net fell from a halo coronet, and she carried a bouquet of Talisman Talis-man roses. Mrs. Don Ashworth, matron of honor, was dressed In pink net, and Mrs. Edgar Hammond, Mrs. James wheeler and Miss Margaret Sullivan, Sulliv-an, bridesmaids, were dressed In pastel shades. Miss June Thorn acted act-ed as flower girl and was dressed in blue taffeta. All the attendants carried bouquets of gardenias and carnations. Mark Johnson of Price, brother of the groom, acted as best man. Following the ceremony a buffet dinner was served, a larg bride's cake, surrounded by gardenias and pink rosebuds, centering the serving serv-ing table.
