Anderson anu Miss Roslyn Leigh were united in marriage with Bishop Wallace Wal-lace D. Sjoblom officiating. I Mr.. Anderson is a son of Mis. Marie Kalman of Salt Lake Ciiy and Roslyn is a daughter of Mr. , and Mrs. Ros;oe Leigh of Ceda; City. Ti:e hrid made her o.n wed-f!l wed-f!l ig dress of white brocaded satin fas'iioncd with a fitted bodice, scalloped neckline and : long pointed sleeves with tiers c f ruffled tulle over the skirt, j ho also mr.de her t'ara of ma-'iL-r'al matching her wedding-dress wedding-dress and r,h carried a bouquet of w!-.ite roscbuJs. Sole attendant to the bride wa-? MHs Karen Kalmer, sister of the bridegroom. Flower girls were the little Misses Claudia and Vicki Leigi.. sisters of the bride. They wore Identical dresses of pink and white batiste and carried white baskets of pink carnations and white rosebuds with pink ribbon streamers. Mothers of the young coupU wore corsages of white carnations carna-tions on their sheaths. Decorating the rnantle were white gladiolas and candles with a bouquet of sweet peaj and baby breath on the piano. Wedding cake was decoratcu with traditional bride and groom and placed on a white lace tablecloth. Following the ceremony a buffet buf-fet supper was held at the home of the bride's parents for families fami-lies and friends. After graduating from High School where he was active in sports and music, Mr. Anderson joined the United States Navy for a four year tour of duty from which he was recently released. re-leased. He specialized In elc-tronies elc-tronies and Is now engaged In electrical engineering. After finishing school in Ceda! City the new Mrs. Anderson gra duated from College. of Southerr. Utah with a bachelor of science degree in elementary education and for the past year taught a third grade class In Salt Lake Ci'y area. While attending CSU. she also graduated from the LDS Insti tute of Religion. She has been very active in church circle.--having held offices in Sunday School and MIA. The newlyweds honeymooned in Utah and are now at home at 150 North Main In Salt Lake City. They pton later to make their home in noise, Idaho. |
