' - i i nnfiir-fn II Ml t POPULAR CEDAR CITY COUPLE. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Clark were honored at a reception Friday, June 26 at the Cedar Stake House. New Mrs. Clark is the former Donna Jean Webster. Donna lean Webster, Bob Clark Speak Vows Friday evening, June 26, a double dou-ble ring ceremony performed in the Cedar City LDS Stake House, united in marriage the popular young Cedar City couple, Miss Donna Jean Webster, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis ATebster, and Robert S. (Bob) Clark, son of Mrs. Douglas Clark. Bishop Horn-er Horn-er Jones officiated. The bride was beautifully dressed In a floor length white, silk organza wedding gown, touched off with beaded crown and elbow length veil. She carried car-ried a cascade bouquet of steph-onitus steph-onitus and a white orchid. The matron of honor, Mrs. Barbara Bar-bara Kelsey, and the bridesmaids, Miss Jolene Webster, Miss Mary Clark and Mis Marian Beveridge were dressed in waltz length, mint green, brocaded taffeta dresses and carried nosegays of white Margarlte daisies. The flower girls, petite Kathy Pace and Ginger Lee Vebstc, wore white and green and carried baskets bas-kets of Margarlte daisies. The mnhM ivm riiwiwri In pink and blue lace and wore white rosebuds corsages. Standing as Best man was Dick Hlgbee. Assisting As-sisting as ushers were Dick, Ken and Douglas Clark, brothers of the groom, and Face Webster, a brother-in-law. After the ceremony the young couple was honored at a reception recep-tion at the LDS Stake House. Hostesses for the occasion were aunts of the bride, Mrs. Amanda Pace and Mrs. Helen Webster. At the guest book was a sister of the bridegroom, Mrs. Virginia Webster. Serving the guests were Helen Pace, Margaret Beveridge, Bev-eridge, Tonl Lambert, Carmen Condle, Donna Gayle Fife, and Dorothy Smith. Assisting in the gift room were Mrs. Claudia Clark. Mr. Pst Clark, Mrs. Julia DeMille and Mrs. Tonl Hunter. Floral arrangements for the ceremony cere-mony and decorations for the Stake House were don by Mrs. Erma Hark. Helping in liie kitchen were Miss Zella Webster, Mrs. Erma DeMille, . Mrs. Ruby Smith, Mrs. Ramona Smith, Mrs. Dora Beveridge and Mrs. Betty Jean Nelson. Receiving gifts were Wells, Sid and Sandy Webster and Colin McMurphy. Sandra Browning sang, Linda Beveridge played ai:d Cllve Hart-man Hart-man entertained with a back-group back-group ct organ music. Following . an old tradition, portions of the wedding cake were presented in dainty boxes to the unmarried girls attending the gala affair. As Mrs. lone McMurphy Mc-Murphy and Mrs. Dolores Webster Web-ster presented the token they told each girl to sleep on the cake and dream of the man they would marry. The couple spent their honeymoon honey-moon taking in the beauty of the south rim of the Grand Canyon. They plan to make their home in Cedar City. The bride Is a graduate of Cedar City High School. The bridegroom graduated from the Cedar High School in 1956 and has attended College of Southern Utah. He Is now engaged in the livestock and farming business with his brothers. |
