Show Funeral Held Thursday for Former Resident Lawrence F. Marker, 65. for, many years a resident of Cedar City, died at his home in Hurricane Hurri-cane Saturday following a lingering lin-gering illness. Funeral services were conducted for him in Hurricane Hurri-cane Tuesday afternoon. Mr. Marker will be well remembered re-membered by Cedar City residents. resi-dents. He worked here as a carpenter, car-penter, and was active in musical musi-cal circles for many years. He was born in Washington on May 10, 1891. a son of Peter and Sarah Foy Marker, and mar-rled mar-rled Annie Earl in St. George i on Dec. 20. 1923. I He Is survived by his widow, two daughters, Rae Marker, St. George, and LaJunna Naegle, Las Vegas, and one son, Edwin E. Marker, also of Las Vegas.
