Nevada Boy Dies From Gunshot As the result of a scuffle of five youths, Jack Lee Weaver, 13, of Carlin, Nevada, was shot through the lungs with a 22 caliber cali-ber pistol and died while being taken to the Iron County hospital hospi-tal in Cedar City Friday afternoon. after-noon. Jack was one of three brothers from the Nevada city, who were visiting In Enterprise at the home of a sister, Mrs. Charles Randall. The three boys and the two young sons of Mrs. Randall were playing alone in the Randall Ran-dall home when the shooting occurred. The boy was driven to Cedar City, while Dr.'C V. Broadbent, Cedar City, notified that he was enroute, went out to meet the car. Dr. Broadbent said that the boy died before he reached Cedar Ce-dar City. The body was taken to a local mortuary.
