Show Robert Gardner Loses Life In Gun Accident Robert Levi Gardner, 52, of Del-, Del-, ta, brother of Kumen Oardner of Cedar City, was accidentally killed Tuesday afternoon, when a rifle discharged as he was placing it in a truck. The bullet pierced the victim's vic-tim's heart, apparently killing him Instantly. He was a sohrt distance from town when the accident happened, hap-pened, and was found a short time later by two Delta men. Mr. Gardner was born at Pine Valley on November 16. 1892. a son of Mr. and Mrs. Royal J. Gardner. He moved to Delta 18 years ago. ' He is survived by the following brothers and slaters: Royal S. and Kumen Oardner. Cedar City; J. X. .Oardner.
