R Hunter pre pre- sided The services opened by Mrs Annette Annet Annet- te Bettenson rendering a solo followed follow follow- ed by Wm V. V Walker offering prayer Sarah Wood and Annette Bettenson Betten Detten- son sang Sometime Well We'll Under Under- stand Bp H. H A. A Pace of New Harmony was the first speaker and said he was glad to come to Cedar and extend sympathy to the bereaved family He said in part I have known this good man all my life He told me a afew afew afew few days ago he had passed the milestone in life and for the past twenty henty years had been in poor health I have never heard an ill III spoken of James and I 1 consider him a good goed upright citizen Perhaps a word I on Mr 1 last moments will wil bs ba proper Only last Wednesday he said he was fine and everything was all right In the evening I returned and he went to bed feeling fine lIe He spoke of or his son-in-law son and all his children In the middle of the night he was distressed with his stomach but he felt all right in the morning and he and I started down the mountain mountain mountain moun moun- tain with sheep and when part way down I looked back and missed him On finding him he was dead apparently apparently apparently having passed away without a struggle Lehi Lehl M.
