Show Dies Suddenly Of Hemorrhage j Elvld B Williams, 50, Veteran of . World War I, former Commander of the Cedar Post of American Legion, Le-gion, and rarmer and livestockman or Cedar City died at his home early Saturday, June 23rd or a cere-I cere-I brlal hemorrhage. Although he had I been in poor health ror some tune I Mr. Williams had gone about his I work as usual Fri., and had slept I normal by Friday night, until n-ar morning when he was strickm and died suddenly. A veteran cf the first World War Williams spent nineteen months overseas during the conflict. He had been active in the local post of the American Legion since Its organization, or-ganization, and completed a term as Commander or the Post last year. He was born in Cedar City on October 29. 1894. a son or William and Sarh Ann Bailer Williams. An Elder in tlw LDS church' he fill & two year mission to the central states from 1924 to 1926. He married mar-ried Kathryn Christiansen of Fountain Foun-tain Green In the Salt fjk ivm. pie on September 21, 1927. He is survived by his widow; two sons. Elvld Jr. and John Rhoden Williams, Cedar City; a brother. Mllburn W. Williams. Cedar City; thres sisters. Mrs. Catherine Chllds, Cedar City; Mrs. Thelma Lamo-reaux, Lamo-reaux, Spanish Fork, and Mrs. Mary Edwards, Milford.
