The members of the committee on program appointed at the Inst institute were present aud conferred with the meeting meet-ing in relation to what the proceedings should bo at tho convention; it was decided to hold a reception enterlriln mont aud dance combined on the even-of even-of March nth, to which all tho people should be invited, the details of which will be published later.
